With health topics and trends on the rise in recent years, there is still very little information as to how often individuals should eat based off of their goals and their lifestyle. After carefully researching and learning more about the effects of meal frequency on an individual, it has been come to know that there are positives and negatives to both with little evidence to put one ahead of the other. There is little information regarding the different types of lifestyles as well, considering there are athletes and other individuals who might need constant refeeding throughout the day.
